Reception opening hours are from Sunday to Friday between 09:00 and 12:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00, and on Saturday from 07:00 to 21:00. Check in is available from 16:00 to 21:00 and check out is from 09:00 to 11:00. Parking is available within the residence. Villas include one private parking space with access to an electric vehicle charging point available at an additional cost. Apartments also include one parking space per accommodation, and the residence offers electric vehicle charging stations for an extra fee. Pets are welcome upon presentation of a valid animal passport, at a rate of EUR 12 per day per animal or EUR 75 per week per animal. A complimentary baby kit is available upon prior reservation. WiFi is available free of charge in the accommodations and throughout the residence. The outdoor swimming pool is open from April to October and heated from May to September. The aquatic area includes a large family swimming pool, a paddling pool for children and a splash pad with water games. Sun loungers are available subject to availability. Guests can enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure facilities throughout the year, including mini golf, pétanque, beach volleyball, a multisports field, outdoor fitness areas, pumptrack circuit, table tennis and health trails. Bike rental and swimming lessons are available from April at an additional cost. The wellness area includes a hammam and a sauna, both accessible upon reservation at reception. Wellness treatments and tailor made massages by L’Inspiration are available from April. Access to the wellness area is reserved for guests aged 16 and over. Children aged 6 to 12 are welcomed at the Kids Club during French school holidays from April. Activities include sports, creative workshops and nature discovery experiences supervised by qualified activity leaders. Each stay includes three complimentary Kids Club sessions per week, lasting approximately two and a half hours each. Additional sessions may be booked on site depending on availability. The Kids Club operates from Monday to Friday during the French spring, summer and All Saints school holidays. A teens club is also available during July and August. Guests can enjoy the Bar El Canigó from April, offering breakfast formulas, bakery service, coffee specialties, local beverages, organic juices, ice creams, crêpes and a selection of tapas to share. Food trucks are also available throughout the season. The residence is located close to the beach and offers easy access to a variety of nearby activities including cycling, water sports, diving, hiking, tennis, horse riding and local discoveries around Saint Cyprien. A security deposit of EUR 500 per apartment or villa is required upon arrival via bank pre authorisation.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
